Talent Acquisition Specialist
ROLE: Personally deliver "Key/Niche Talent" hires in business, product, technology. Own end-to-end process of mapping of talent in target companies, candidate sourcing, selection, offer closure and joining/induction, research on talent pools, online & offline talent brand.
WHAT COUNTS FOR SUCCESS (EVIDENCE OF SKILLS):
- TALENT MAPPING - Define job specs, identify target companies, map org structure and identify specific talent using both online, call and referrals channels
- CANDIDATE SOURCING - Reach target candidates (especially passive ones) to persuasively communicate Company/role proposition
- SELECTION PROCESS - Manage the assessment process including briefing interviewers, technical & psychometric assessments and reference checks with speedy, objective and proactive communication
- OFFER NEGOTIATION - Own the offer presentation, negotiation, acceptance, joining and induction
PERSONALITY TRAITS:
