Specialist - Talent Acquisition - IT

Key Deliverables :

- Accountable for recruitment and selection process. Developing and executing recruitment plans. Networking through industry contacts and employees. Coordinating and implementing campus recruitment initiatives.

- Partner with Hiring Managers to support recruitment activities. This includes developing an understanding of their business area, job openings.

- Review and screen candidate applications/resumes based on job requirements

- Source candidates for high volume, and entry-level/junior roles, leveraging candidate databases, social media, educational institutions, referrals, etc.
