2. Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Database & Social Networking Sites.
3. Interacting with Hiring Managers and drive positions to closure.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, and Follow-up.
2. Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Database & Social Networking Sites.
3. Analyze requirements according to the specification mentioned by the client.
4. Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the client's requirements.
5. Evaluating the candidate's skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level, and presentation.
6. Conducting Telephonic interviews.
7. Coordinating with the clients for the final interviews.
8. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.
9. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
10. Coordinating with candidates till he joins the company.
11. Prepare HRIS and different weekly & monthly trackers.
Salary offered: 10-14LPA
