Job Responsibilities : - Developing hiring strategies for all functions &amp; departments (Manufacturing, R&amp;D, Support functions, Commercial etc.), strategic and futurist strategy development to meet the talent acquisition needs of the business - Building a strong partnership with the stakeholders to ensure that talent acquisition is providing the support needed to meet the talent needs of the business - Recruitment policies in partnership with the Total Rewards CoE to ensure alignment with Comp &amp; Ben Strategy - Integrating global diversity and inclusion principles throughout talent acquisition programs - Supporting HRBPs in development of talent acquisition plans - to include the total workforce and demand planning to support talent sourcing - Establishing policies for offer construction and developing hiring guidelines in partnership with Organization &amp; Reporting COE &amp; Compensation team to ensure External competitiveness for talent, combined with financial stewardship - Focusing on partnering closely with the HoDs &amp; HRBPs to identify the future needs in advance and build the required talent infrastructure which can meet all the future needs - Vendor Management - Forecasting and formulating department needs and numbers for the upcoming year - Training the recruiters on talent acquisition needs and forecasts - Focusing on Employer Branding, Diversity Hiring - Extensive experience in working on ATS - Managing &amp; formulating interactive Hiring Dashboards to present to senior management - Formulating strategies for Cost Saving (Focusing on Internal Sources - IJP, Employee Referrals etc.) - Running &amp; promoting programs for employee referrals benefits FEMALE CANDIDATE - HEAVY MACHINERY/HEAVY INDUSTRY/INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT
