Wanted Talent Acquisition Specialist :

- Provide Bet Fit Talent for all positions, Understanding and ensuring maximum job fitment between employees and the job role.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment process within TAT and without berak down including career discussions, negotiating salaries, joining formalities, and offers coordination.

- Handle entire Recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, reference checking) end to end for Domestic and international positions.

- Handle a team of recruiters - team management, maintenance of recruiters performanance TAT

- Ensure cultural fitment of the prospective employee

- Psychometric assessments
