Position : Talent Acquisition specialist
Required Exp : 1 to 6 years
Educational Qualification : Graduation/ Post Graduation from Premier College
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following :
- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies.
- Drive and enhance various recruitment programs while streamlining the existing processes
- Lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team
- Recruiting top-class talent in IT from both campus and market.
- Streamlining the existing processes related to hiring.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to attract and engage the right talent.
- Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Applying recruitment best practices within the team.
