The profile is of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding - Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees along with Employer Branding experience.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement a recruitment and employer branding strategy.
- Plan and manage & execute recruitment campaigns
- Design, plan & execute recruiting events.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Manage Campus Relations.
- Sourcing / Hiring Candidates for open positions.
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
The minimum qualifications the candidate will have are:
- Post-Graduation and min 4-7 years- experience in human resources.
- Must possess practical experience in the following human resource functions:
a) Corporate Hiring
b) Employer Branding
Additionally, the candidate should possess the below:
- Good communication skills
- Customer Savvy
- Willingness to learn and grow in the system
