Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Edutech Firm (3-4 yrs)

Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibility :
- We are a growing team, have doubled in the last one year & have similar plans for future. Focus on talent acquisition (80% of the job) + entire employee life-cycle planning (induction, engagement, talent management, culture building (genuinely), a whole lot of unforeseen work!
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Responsibility for and ownership of our recruitment strategy and implementation - to hire talented and motivated people who would be a fantastic fit for our organization
- Working with each functional team to meet their recruiting needs - in terms of number and quality of people
- Proactively identifying and maintain relationships with talent across various skill categories and levels of experience
- Implementing a talent management strategy, including personal development and career planning
- Designing, implementing and refining process pertaining to talent onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, and coaching them on successful hiring, management, and conflict resolution methods
Qualification :
- Experience : At least 3 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in talent acquisition and/or business partnering. MBA preferable.
- Designation : Manager - People Operations
