Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Digital Payments Business (7-14 yrs)
Our Client is a front runner of the digital payments revolution in India, creating Internet-based payments products that enable consumers to make payments online in a friction-less manner. A product and service of over 10 years of market leadership, our client provides a single versatile, scalable payments platform for enterprise-wide electronic payments and collections, related reconciliation and settlement operations, across multiple delivery channels and using a wide range of payment methods.
Job Responsibilities :
a. Identify to business needs and design hiring plan accordingly.
b. Playing a key role in strategising the hiring plan, identify the existing bottleneck and provide an impactful solution. Prepare the recruitment matrix for evaluation and publish weekly dashboards and monthly updates. Ensure TAT adherence.
c. Analyse the current environment and take corrective measures, understand the need of introducing automation solutions for running the end to end hiring scenario in smoothest manner including implementing ATS system.
d. Play an instrumental role in designing and implementing TA Policy and Process.
e. Design processes, ensure best possible documentation practices and enhance complete interview experience. You will have a good focus on employer branding activites too.
f. Research and explore the possibility and implement modern practices of hiring like conducting tech-talks, hackathon etc. and introduce them to the organization.
g. Handle and analyse performance of external hiring vendors, manage and utilise them as per the needs while considering optimised result and budget into consideration.
h. Introduce other sourcing channels like Employee Referrals, internal sourcing along with the existing vendors
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
Candidate must have:
- 7 to 12 years of work experience in end to end recruitments
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of technical hiring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
