We have been mandated by a large Building Material conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Description:

Designation : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Gurgaon

Qualifications : Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:3-7 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.

Employer Branding:

- Promote the companys employer brand through various channels and initiatives.

- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to attract potential candidates.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
