Software Sales Specialist - Enterprise
Qualification & Experience:
- Management and/ or engineer graduate with minimum 6-12 years' experience in solution sales
- Must have experience in selling to C level in large enterprises/conglomerates
- Good knowledge of Enterprise domain and market drivers.
The person will:
- Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
- Develop and grow the Enterprise sector business for Renowned Global Technology Company products & solution
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
- Create detailed, strategic target account plans to penetrate industry leading clients.
- Think strategically about their client's business and avoid selling on a feature/function basis.
- Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option.
- Leverage cross-functional client and Renowned Global Technology Company resources to successfully identify and drive sales campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with our business development and pre-sales experts, you will prepare RFPs, deep dives, pitches and POCs and work towards closing 1+ million deals.
- Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses.
- Manage & grow Renowned Global Technology Company partner eco system in South Africa
- Create Renowned Global Technology Company's visibility in South Africa Market through participating in event, Seminars, Webinars and in social media -shows.
- Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to win the deals
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Skill Set Required:
- Passionate for sales with burning desire to achieve results
- Self-motivated and go-getter personnel who can drive sales independently
- Strong experience of selling high ticket value based solutions
- Experience of Enterprise software Products/Solutions
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Working with large SIs / Partners on large and complex deals.
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with prospects to develop business opportunities and sales
- Already know how to effectively manage a medium/long sales cycle to a successful close.
