Summary of Role: To provide HR operations service in full employee cycle with managing HRIS system and remote support from hiring, onboarding, to payroll and offboarding for hub countries ( where the employee size is less than 100). Also act as an advisor to all employees on the day-to-day HR queries and processes Qualification & Experience : - HR generalist knowledge in recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, performance management and HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, payroll - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to collaborate with different locations - Holder of Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of work experience as HR generalist in sizable companies, preferred with Workday experience - A good team player with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder group with differing requirements - Good collaboration and ability to work cross functions and beyond borders - Excellent Excel skills is a must, knowledge of macro creation will be added advantage - Great communication and interpersonal skills and a good analytical mind - Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multi tasks. - Should be open to travel
