Role: Sr Manager - IT Infrastructure Specialist (AI, ML, Cloud Technologies)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

JD : The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's IT infrastructure with a focus on advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Microsoft Azure, and DevOps practices. This role involves selecting and implementing the latest application/technology platforms to drive organizational efficiency. They will be involved in the process of making the company's technology competency and will play an integral part in the IT team. A fundamental understanding of network infrastructure would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay updated and integrate the latest technologies such as AI, ML, and Cloud Technologies like Microsoft Azure into the existing IT infrastructure.

- Contribute to the selection of next-generation application/technology platforms.

- Implement and maintain DevOps practices across the organization.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other IT team members.

- Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure.

- Participate in the development of IT strategic plans.

- Conduct regular system audits.

- Assist in building the organization's technology competency.

- Network understanding is an added advantage

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.

- Expert knowledge in AI, ML, Microsoft Azure, and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with networking concepts is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to keep up with the latest technology trends and apply them to the organization's needs.

- Experience in project management and system architecture design.

- Professional certifications in AI, ML, or DevOps would be advantageous.

Work Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of working experience of experience managing and configuring IT infrastructure, with specific experience in AI, ML, Cloud Technologies, and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with network infrastructure would be an added bonus.
