We have a very urgent position in one of BEST BFSI organizations across the following location --
LOCATION - Mumbai ( Lower Parel )
OFFERED CTC - 12lac to 15lac ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION -
DESIGNATION - Chief Manager / Senior Chief Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION - Compensation & benefits - specialist ( Sr. Manager )
- This position will be responsible for development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures for client in India .
- Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis.
- Forecast budget for salary increases. Manage Annual salary increase, Variable pay and performance management programs
- Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy.
- Build robust HR Analytics framework, covering HR services, Sales Compensation, Business partnering areas for effective management decision making
- Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects
- Making recommendations on policy improvisation, communicating impacts to senior management and stakeholder management
- Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage a team of analysts to solve different parts of the problem
- Managing Sales Incentive Program
- Provisioning for incentive payout basis budget
- Run simulations basis sales performance for schemes and design incentive structures
- Analysis of competition incentives schemes and incentive earnings
- Ensuring timely calculation by the team
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - ANY INDUSTRY. Candidates with within industries such as HR Consulting / BFSI, FMCG / CD / Telecom / Retail / Pharma / Ecommerce etc, having EXPOSURE in handling COMPENSATION ANALYTICS preferred .
