- Seller Facing experience & Data analysis and interpretation
- Understanding of the seller issues and their resolutions
- Receiving and Promptly Responding to Customer Queries in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Working with existing base of clients and to further enhance the overall panel experience
- Upholding the highest levels of integrity and customer service.
- Keeping records of customer interactions details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the business tool.
Requirements :
Any Graduation/ Post-graduation
Experience in Logistics & E-commerce is required, good communication skills
