Specialist - Sales Operations - Software Subscriptions (2-4 yrs)
- Assist Sales organization in processing software subscriptions and professional services agreements
- Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation; proposals, Statements of Work, invoices, and contracts
- This role will execute the sales operations activities; sales proposals, quotes & contracts, sales processing & financial reconciliation, and RFPs.
- Maintaining, updating or reporting on various aspects of the sales cycle.
- Effectively communications with internal stakeholders ensure proper execution to the needs of the Sales team and provide outstanding customer support to internal and external customers.
- Engaging & activating key internal departments for supporting the sales process
- Maintain CRM with key artifacts during the sales cycle
- Manage and evaluate data to determine effectiveness of products, campaigns, and channels
- Work closely with Client Success, Product Engineering, Corporate Marketing, Finance and other cross functional areas to support the sales team's success
- Work with sales teams to generate key target opportunities
- Facilitate performance & financial reporting on sales related activities through CRM and other reporting mechanisms
- Support other sales efforts as assigned
