Specialist - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals.

- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Marketing:

- Create marketing strategy to create market presence to attract right talent for the organization.

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and website content.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 25 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

- MBA Preferred.

Preferred:

- Proficiency in design or marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Adobe Suite.
