Ensure profitability of business aligned to organizational goals The Ideal Candidate : 1. 6-10+ years of industry recruitment experience or B2B Sales Experience 2. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 3. Exceptional Sales, Client Engagement and Negotiation Skills. 4. Demonstrated ability towards exceeding targets and creating value for the clients. 5. Experience in developing end to end strategies, conduct market research/mapping, and build pipelines for current and future needs whilst providing specialist insight to clients. 6. Familiar with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
