Job Title- Recruitment Specialist(Executive Hiring)

Shift Timing - General Shift

- For SPL they should be in leadership/senior level hiring.

- Should have relevant 8 years of experience in BPO recruitment

- Should have handled 150 to 250 demands in a month

- Excellent communication skills required

Job Summary:

Recruiter - SPL

The Recruiter - Specialist is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.

The Recruiter - Specialist administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a large recruiting demand plan.

The Recruiter - Specialist may supervise 1-3 Recruiters and or Recruiting Operations Assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational: Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility.

- Responsible for a o medium-sized recruiting pipeline .or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline.

- Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports,Screen applications and select candidates, Conduct interviews,Organize and facilitate, Assessing days.

- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities.

- Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy .

- Responsible for contract management and post offer management.

- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns.

- Administer referral process of applicants. Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership.

- Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools.

- Review recruit files for completeness. Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request identify issues and recommend actions.

- Participate in projects and or initiatives within or outside the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- The Specialist is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan for the Executive hiring for BPO as well as end to end for Enterprise.

- He or She will also oversee the consulting function at a later stage.

- The Specialist will oversee the work related to the sourcing and scheduling of these areas and manage a team of resources dedicated to these areas.

- The - Specialist may supervise 1-3 Recruiters and or or Recruiting Operations Assistants.

- The Recruite is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.

- The Recruiter administers the recruiting process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a medium to large recruiting demand plan.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure

- Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace

- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience Work Requirements: Some travel may be required.
