Specialist - Product Sales - Steel Sector (4-10 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- Looking for talented assets who are entrepreneurial in nature, willing to design and develop an industry-defining business; self-starters who'd embrace a degree of ambiguity with ease, adept at being in cross-functional engagements, be experimental and innovative in defining processes to deliver the outlined objectives
- Own the Revenue delivery for the chosen category (Steel) in the Business cluster assigned
- Anchor and manage, comprehensively, the entire sales funnel in the cluster
- Demand generation, Proposal and Negotiation, Closures and Revenue delivery
- Work through the Cluster Sales team to drive business delivery
- Act as the "product expert", leading from the front, in building team capabilities on an ongoing basis
- Own Supplier Relationships who remain core to business delivery
- Sales and\or Marketing experience in Steel as a sector - active customer engagement & interfacing (esp. on specialized selling e.g. Flat products)
- Is a strong team person - both as a leader and as a member
- Adept at participating in cross-functional engagements
