Specialist - Presales - EdTech (3-8 yrs)
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Working with ops to ensure the right fit SME is available for the job
- Working with content team to stitch together the delivery material required for the skilling program
- Demonstrate though leadership and deliver capabilities pitch on emerging technologies
- Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in presales, inside Sales
- Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders (India & US)
