As a People Engagement Specialist, your role will be key to driving seamless talent management practices & crafting unique engagements and growth for every individual member of the team.

Yours will be an extremely critical role in accomplishing the mission of the organization, designing an organization that is agile to scale, encouraging the team to take initiatives and keeping everyone connected to the mission.

What you will do:

- Developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy using data by dividing members into different cohorts.

- Defining engagement and growth strategies for every member quarterly.

- Becoming an expert in our Engagement and Recognition tools

- Improving the Employee Engagement Index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

- Using tools to keep records of engagements, initiatives, processes, solutions, etc. thus building a playbook of success stories.

- Gathering, analyzing and presenting key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and preparing reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion.

- Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning and making a calendar of activity to continually drive positive employee experiences.

- Initiating and implementing innovative team-building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index.

- Building feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.

- Synthesizing engagement data and developing clear stories for stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Engineer plus MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B - School

- Experience of working in hyper-growth start-up

- 4-7 years of experience in engagement/ talent development role, out of which at least 2 years in leading specific projects.

- Engagement expert with strong domain knowledge.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work with sensitive data and information.

- Prior background in building unique engagement experiences.

- Good command over documentation and process flowcharting using tools.

- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.

- Proven ability to drive assignments on metrics using technology.

- Strong analytical skills/ comfort in data analysis, including MS Excel modelling & data manipulation skills and ability to manage reports & dashboards

- Passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

- Curious about metrics, execution processes, people trends.

- Excellent communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.

- Commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics.

- Positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with a can-do approach.

- Good command over documentation and process flowcharting using tools.
