- Job evaluation for all businesses across the organization in collaboration with the HRBPs - new roles and identified anchor roles
- Effective implementation of the organization Group Job Architecture and alignment to the various Global HR processes and Org Management
- Ensures that HR data is accurate and available as per request in cooperation with Finance and HR Services (employee data, headcount report, org statistics, employee engagement survey hierarchy etc.) and the right data is provided to the HR Dashboard on a monthly basis
- Provide effective guidance on the spans & layers and ensure right balance.
- Review and grade the new roles as per business requirement
