Job Description : - OPEX (Operational Excellence) Specialist, should have the ability to write SOPs, use analytical/logical skillsets - Implement OPEX Standards - Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures in line with the OPEX standards - Review the procedures and standardize as per the OPEX requirements - MIS Reporting - Should have a strong foundation knowledge of excel - Ability to create and track reports around Average Handling Time, Efficiency and Utilization - Ability to create reports around payroll, budgeting and incentive coverage - Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis - Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. - Stakeholder Management - Ability to connect with different teams within SDU to implement the OPEX standardized procedures - Should have knowledge around pricing strategies and analysis - Ensuring project delivery on time and tracking project deliverables closely Please Note : Candidates with Green Belt are preferable
