Specialist - Operations Excellence/Consulting - Pharma Sector

Job Description :

- Create a multi-year Continuous Improvement (CI) process for the product development with the aim to implement world-class methods, Identify areas of improvement to be undertaken across functions & verticals, Address issues, needs through appropriate action.

- Design the cross functional process maps by applying value stream mapping, swim lane diagrams and other process mapping tools.

- Conduct the process and data analytics to implement the system modifications and solutions to the existing problem.

- Deploy the metric and governance structures of the above processes.

- Drive improvement project execution by deploying Continuous Improvement Methodology & Lead / Six Sigma / Kaizen and the benefits from the process improvements.

- Champion the Lean Daily Management (LDM) process and framework across HPTs and functional teams

- Provide MIS updates (Cost Improvements, Total Savings Reports), Participate in weekly meetings and group discussions with scientists, group leaders, functional heads
