Roles & Responsibilities :

Deal Analysis and Strategy :

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations based on thorough financial analysis and market research.

Transaction Execution :

- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth and compliant process.

Due Diligence :

- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies. Assess financial, legal, and operational aspects to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Financial Modeling :

- Create complex financial models to support decision-making processes. Analyze financial statements, projections, and valuation metrics.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring :

- Lead negotiations with external parties to achieve favorable terms. Structure deals to align with the company's strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Effectively communicate M&A strategies.

Key Skills :

Experience :

- 5 to 12 yrs of relevant experience.

Education :

- CA/MBA (Mandatory).

- Experience of ideation and origination in any sector with excellent understanding of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process steps and regulatory framework.

- Expertise in financial analysis, modeling & valuation.
