- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Sales Specialist or Interior Designer Dealer Connect to drive business growth in the interior design industry.
- This role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, and interior designers to grow the business.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about design and architecture, with a proven track record in sales and dealer network management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer and Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders in the design and architecture sectors.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through direct dealer connections, B2B sales, and project-based engagements.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
- Use this data to strategically target high-value dealers and customers.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations to dealers and design professionals, ensuring they fully understand the offerings and benefits.
- Business Development: Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
- Develop a pipeline of potential projects and long-term dealer relationships.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and project scopes with dealers and clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of dealer and client interactions, sales activity, and project milestones.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design products, materials, and trends.
- Experience working with dealers and a network of architects or interior designers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
