Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a team player who is willing to work on various projects to assist the marketing team in their mission. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, who manages digital marketing. With knowledge of SEO best practices, you are responsible for implementing on-page technical optimizations, working with outside resources as needed. In addition, you will take our company's SEO to the next level with competitive analyses, backlink profile management, and keyword research to refine content strategy. You will also assist the marketing team with setup of paid ad campaigns, reporting across digital marketing, and data reconciliation for weekly reports. Your attention to detail and analytical orientation will position you as a core member of the team.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented team player who can work on multiple projects at a time. You're excited about being part of a company that is changing healthcare and are ready for a fast-paced environment. You should be ready to work within multiple marketing platforms to build marketing landing pages, create reports, and perform analyses to inform SEO, social media, and content strategy. You have some experience with search engine optimization and are eager to use your skills to transform the healthcare industry. You should also be able to follow brand guidelines to create on-brand imagery for email, social media and landing pages.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

- 3-5years of experience which involves search engine optimization (SEO) and data analysis/reporting

- Experience with SEO across on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-site SEO/backlink profile management

- Strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

- Experience accurately pulling reports across SEO, site analytics and social media

- Ability to work in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Moz and more

- Certifications and experience working in Google Ads and Google Analytics preferred

- Adobe Photoshop experience is preferred

More Granular Breakdown of Responsibilities (broken into categories):

- Digital Marketing/SEO (estimated 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase or decrease based on digital initiatives)

- Post press releases and news links to the company website

- Use SEO best practices to improve technical SEO on website, including but not limited to: 1) image alt tags; 2) checking and optimizing internal linking structure; 3) remediating certain technical SEO issues like broken links; 4) Compressing and updating image sizes.

- Perform keyword research using the company's MozPro SEO tool to identify keyword and content opportunities for Paid Search and Content marketing efforts

- Assist in building backlink profile by analyzing competitor backlinks and identifying areas of opportunity for backlink creation

- Create reports on digital marketing initiatives across social media, blog posts, and organic search to inform content strategy

- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in creation of Paid Search Ads using Google Ads platform

- Assist Senior Marketing Manager in creation of landing pages within HubSpot, including copywriting and A/B testing

- Manage digital assets across Google My Business, YouTube, and search engine results to ensure consistent branding

- CRM and Marketing Automation (5 hours per week; a more skilled sales ops person could turn this into a larger role w/ more hours)

- Manage inbound leads in HubSpot on an ongoing basis

- Perform quality assurance on Salesforce contact records to ensure proper marketing qualified lead (MQL) reporting

- Reconcile data discrepancies in the company CRM, such as duplicate records, as necessary

- Import event and webinar leads into the company CRM for timely reporting of campaign performance

Other Marketing Services (5 hours per week) :

- Append contact info to lead lists using ZoomInfo, managing freelancers as needed

- Use Photoshop to create email and landing page imagery/graphics, social media post graphics, etc.
