Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior LinkedIn Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team based in Mumbai.
- This pivotal role focuses on leveraging LinkedIn for high-level brand positioning, advanced recruitment strategies, and sophisticated business development initiatives within the B2B sector.
- The successful candidate will be an expert in all functionalities of LinkedIn, particularly in Sales Navigator, content strategy, and executive branding.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing and a deep understanding of professional networking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Strategy Development:
- Craft and refine our LinkedIn strategy to align with the company's overarching marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the integration of LinkedIn strategies with broader marketing campaigns to enhance coherence and visibility across all digital platforms.
Content Leadership and Oversight:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy specifically for LinkedIn that includes regular posts, featured articles, and multimedia content designed to engage our target audience and enhance our brand presence.
- Supervise the creation of content, ensuring it meets high-quality standards and effectively communicates our brand's message and values.
Advanced Recruitment Initiatives:
- Strategically utilize LinkedIn to source and recruit top talent for various organizational levels, focusing on innovative approaches to attract industry leaders and specialized experts.
- Manage a robust talent acquisition strategy using LinkedIn's recruitment tools, continually optimizing processes and tactics to improve recruitment outcomes.
Sales Navigator Strategic Utilization:
- Drive the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners in the industry.
- Provide expert guidance and training to the marketing and sales teams on optimizing use of Sales Navigator to achieve business development goals.
Executive Brand Management:
- Coordinate with the CMO and other senior executives to elevate their personal brands on LinkedIn, positioning them as thought leaders within the industry.
- Develop personalized strategies for each executive to enhance their professional visibility and influence on LinkedIn.
Analytics and Advanced Reporting:
- Implement advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of LinkedIn initiatives, providing detailed reports to the CMO and relevant stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, ensuring optimal engagement and return on investment.
Leadership and Team Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team dedicated to LinkedIn content creation, strategy implementation, and campaign management.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in our LinkedIn marketing and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in digital marketing with at least 10 years focused on LinkedIn strategy development in a B2B environment.
Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn and its business tools, including Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.
- Exceptional content development and strategic communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive analytical skills with proficiency in using metrics and analytics to guide marketing strategies.
- Advanced project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a senior marketing role with direct reporting to C-level executives.
