Specialist - Marketing - IT - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI/IIFT (2-5 yrs)
Education and Experience:
- MBA in Marketing from Top 25 B-Schools only
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience from IT background in driving marketing activities for an IT services firm
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office (primarily, Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Knowledgeable of various social media platforms and their nuances
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with senior management and top-class consultants
Go-To-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies around key industries and solution areas where Wipfli operates
- Research and analyze strategies utilized by the industry, competitors and end customers via secondary data sources
Content Development and Distribution:
- Develop and maintain client-ready assets e.g. presentations, videos & demos (scripting), success stories, brochures to support the go-to-market strategies
- Assist in positioning and key messaging ensuring competitive differentiation across all channels
- Drive content distribution through digital and social media channels e.g. websites, blogs, Linked In, Twitter
- Build awareness, drive usage and solicit feedback on these assets internally by engaging with field professionals on a periodic basis
Social Media and Digital Properties Management:
- Own digital (website, blogs) and social media properties (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter) to position organization as a thought leader and an employer of choice in the international markets
- Liaise with vendors for content development and platform maintenance
Business Development Support:
- Drive field readiness and training in conjunction with the go-to-market plans
- Ensure assets availability on a centralized portal working with knowledge management team and serves as a SPOC for all collateral needs from a business development standpoint
- Support field teams develop specific business opportunities with targeted customers via account specific research and pipeline analysis
Demand Generation:
- Support operations team in planning events and trade shows
- Recommend thought leadership assets to be used at such events
- Help teams measure the ROI
