Specialist - Marketing - BPO/ITeS (4-7 yrs)

Organization is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Brand Strategy team and help drive global demand for a diverse portfolio of mobile elevating work platform products, options and accessories.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Vertical Markets & Channels, you will be responsible for market research, promotional campaign collateral, and channel development support. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with those in Brand Strategy, Marketing Operations, and Regional Field Marketing, to support lead generation goals by coordinating high-quality promotional tools and customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

- Work under the direction and guidance of the Marketing Manager to deliver end-user owner / operator market research and industry insights

- Develop promotional content and messaging that clearly articulates products- value propositions for a variety of industries - showcasing their capabilities and differentiation per application

- Support generation of a wide variety of campaign activities, sales training, and metric reports

- Coordinate marketing expenditures including budget trackers, invoice approvals and vendor management

- Be the go-to expert on vertical market trends, and the competitive landscape

- Develop internal/external presentations, webinars, and prospect engagements

- Be an excellent communicator who can engage teams across functions as well as external stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills:

- Demonstrated promotional campaign content development

- Ability to work well and take direction in a cross-functional team environment

- Can effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

- Genuine passion for understanding owner / operators and what drives them to make purchase decisions

- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously

- Demonstrated self-starter - ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity

- Strength in dealing with tight deadlines and rapidly changing environment

- Exceptional written skills and experience producing written content

- Demonstrated project management skills and experience with visual status reporting

- Proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

- Problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal skills - team player with a positive attitude

- Flexibility in working with different time zones, especially PST

- Analytical with strong attention to detail

- Ability to travel up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working within an OEM

- Experience working for an e-commerce business

- Broad understanding of various marketing tools and campaign tactics

- Ability to present data and make campaign improvement recommendations

- Background in customer research - both quantitative and qualitative
