We are scouting for Software Sales Specialist for Software Sales/ solution selling in Africa region. This is for one of our IT MNC clients.

Nature of work :

This is a mid level position in the sales function. It is an Individual contributor role where the person is responsible to generate new business opportunities from combination of countries and verticals for the purpose of sales in African Sub-continent.

Reports to Business Head - Africa

Qualification and Experience :

- Management and/ or engineer graduate from an institute of repute with 5-8 years of experience of selling S/W products and or software services.

- Must have experience in selling to C level in Banking or enterprise vertical.

Skill Set Required :

- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions.

- Must have managed large and complex deals

- Should have connects in top corporate/BFSI vertical in any region/territory.

- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.

- Experience of working with SIs / Partners.

- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with senior management of prospects to develop business opportunities and sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation from New Account

- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical

- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects

- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures

- Positioning of products and solutions

- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in assigned verticals/accounts.

- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.

- Enable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.

- Create visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows.

- Represent company in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
