Incumbent of this role is required to handle: - Annual performance management cycle by managing budgeting, simulations, planning, roll out & conclusion stage - Off cycle comp reviews - Analytics pre, during and post compensation review cycle - Annual compensation benchmarking exercise - Work with Zonal HRs for various compensation needs for business verticals - HR analytics & digitization projects - Managing the LTI schemes and handle executive comp Job requirements: - MBA with specialization in HR from tier 1or 2 B school - Atleast 7 yrs overall work ex (with 3 years of hands on work ex in C&B role) to max 10 yrs of exp - Excellent data handling capability with hands on experience in working on excel with complex formulas.
