Position: RMA Specialist/Manager (Returned material Authorization) Department: RMA Location: Delhi - This position is responsible for receiving customer product returns and performing post return analysis. Candidate will be responsible for meeting and improving established Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities - - Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis - Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers, in accordance with the Customer Support RMA Team's objectives. - Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities - Meet and exceed internal and external Service Level Agreements - Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service / Technical Support, Quality and Engineering as required - Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis; Creating new documents as required - Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required - Create responses to special correspondence and handle special assignments and problems such as Responses to complex RMAs or product application problems. - Develop new technical sources, and coordinate approval of such sources with the Product Managers, Sales and Engineering departments. Obtain, review and file vendor technical specifications for purchased finished Goods. - Focus efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work Cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. - Provide input during the development of systems, methods and procedures to facilitate efficient and effective - Technical Support/RMA department operations. Assist in ensuring all methods and procedures are properly Documented Skills & Experience - Associate degree or proven related experience desired - 0-1 year of experience as logistics - Understanding and adherence to Support / Operations Best Practices is a must - Good written and verbal communication skills - Must work well in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities - Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution - Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary - Experience with ERP systems - Return or Warranty administration experience for a hardware vendor would be useful Competencies Electrical Basics - Has a basic understanding of electrical principles and Ohm's Law. Electronic Troubleshooting - Has a basic understanding of printed circuit board assembly troubleshooting Techniques. Also can evaluate companion components such as transformers, lamps, batteries and relays. Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Design - Produces creative solutions; Uses feedback to modify designs; Demonstrates attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills - Listens to others attentively; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things. Cost Consciousness - Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures; Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives Desired Candidate: - Must have minimum 10 to 12 years of telecom industry experience. - Must have worked in similar profile with OEM's preferably in factory or the repair center. - Should have knowledge of IP based technology and MW products preferably IP based products. - Should have good customer interaction skill or Interpersonal skill.
