Level Descriptor/ Role description :

1. Ability to assess & diagnose learning needs, synthesize the discussions and propose solutions befitting learner profiles

2. Ability to master conversations & leverage those to build relationships & drive learning & growth across the organization

3. Design, develop and deliver training programs while maintaining a laser sharp focus on effectiveness and training ROI

4. Develop & build learning content that can be consumed across channels, audience groups and formats.

5. Ability to conduct primary/ secondary research inside & outside the organization to identify learning trends, consumption patterns to leverage those insights in further enhancing the behavioural skills portfolio

6. Natural inclination towards behavioural Psychology, mindsets Science and impact on engagement at work

7. Ability to design learning journeys/ solutions spanning across years to drive change and learning impact

8. Design and develop the product roadmap for behavioural skills portfolio & further it consistently keeping in pace with industry and org. changes

9. Drive - digital- as a way of learning, drive learning expertise via academies, certifications et al

10. Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly & deliver on time while maintaining high quality standards

- MBA / Post-graduate in HR, Learning & Development/ Psychology (preferably)

- 5-6 years of work experience as a learning manager/ trainer/ facilitator

Previous experience at designing & delivering trainings/ learning solutions in areas such as Storytelling, Design Thinking, Agile Mindset, Change Management, Communication & Presentation Skills, Team building & engagement
