Work Profile: Learning and Development Specialist/Manager


Experience: 5+ years


Salary: Upto 20LPA


Job Location: (Seewoods) Navi Mumbai


Role & responsibilities:


- Training Needs Analysis:


- Conduct regular assessments to identify training and development needs within the organization.


- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific training requirements.


- Program Design and Development:


- Develop and design engaging training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.


- Ensure that training programs align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.


- Implementation and Delivery:


- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs, both in-person and virtually.


- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as necessary.


- Evaluation and Feedback:


- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.


- Make data-driven recommendations for program improvements and adjustments.


- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:


- Manage and maintain the organizations LMS, including user access, content updates, and reporting.


- Ensure the LMS is utilized effectively to support employee learning and development.


- Employee Development Plans:


- Assist in the creation and management of individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.


- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers in developing career growth opportunities.


- Compliance and Certification:


- Ensure that all training programs comply with industry standards and legal requirements.


- Manage and track certifications and mandatory training for employees.


- Budget Management:


- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.


- Source and negotiate with external training providers to optimize training investments.


- Reporting and Analysis:


- Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI for senior management.
