- Shall be a part of the C&B team supporting the design and deployment of Global Compensation & Benefits program policies.
- This would involve leading the planning process in the company, planning and execution of compensation and var pay programs, mobility programs, working with RHR partners in studying the benefits practices in each geography, identifying improvement areas and fulfillment through the RHR channel.
- Plus building a strong engagement program with employees.
- Extensive exposure and knowledge on C&B concepts/framework.
- Experience of running a mobility program in a technology company.
- Should be good and quick with numbers, esp manpower costing..
