Specialist - Learning & Organization Development - FMCG/Manufacturing (4-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective implementation of L&OD initiatives across the group in close co-ordination with HR Heads & L&OD leads
- Conceptualizing and designing programs for building capability in the organization
- Collaborate with external and internal L&OD partners to deliver efficient and consistent result.
- Ability to diagnose organization needs and design interventions meeting the organization requirement.
- Ensure effective tracking of the action plan for the initiatives and partner with the group companies for review and tracking.
- Measuring the effectiveness of the L&OD initiatives across the group at regular periodic.
- Ability to train and deliver training programs.
