Our client is a leading chemical Organization seeking for an experienced individual for L&OD role in Gurgaon.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the organization scorecard, while ensuring that the company values are being upheld, and to support his/her team in achievement of the team scorecard
- Measure the talent development needs and drive the training and capability enhancement activities across the organization
- Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team
- Leadership development experience is a must
- Plan the annual training budget
- Conduct detailed training needs analyses and skill mapping to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability
- Develop and finalize the annual training calendar for various functions and departments
- Analyse the training needs analyses outcomes, development conversations outcomes and function head inputs to finalize the contents and timing of various training interventions
- Plan and design suitable OD interventions in line with the evolving business strategy and skill requirements
- Conduct talent assessments for identified talent groups using suitable tools and methodologies
- Develop leadership lifecycle programs across levels which support the leadership
- development process and drive creation leadership talent for identified critical role
- Responsible for Training and OD MIS report generation
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 10+ years of experience with atleast 5 years being into a Training and Development/OD role
- A Masters degree in HR would be preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Industry Knowledge on best training and development practices
