Job Title: Lean Digital Transformation Specialist

Client Name: Genpact

Location: Bangalore / NCR / Jaipur

Salary Range: 25-26L per annum

Experience Required: 10+ years

Job Summary:

- The Lean Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects, improving processes and implementing Lean methodologies.


- The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop project plans, and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


- The candidate must have experience in process excellence, project improvement, and certification in Black or Green Belt.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

- Implement and manage Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.

- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, develop recommendations and lead process improvement projects.

- Provide training and coaching to team members on Lean methodologies and tools.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive automation and digital transformation projects.

- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in process excellence, project improvement, and digital transformation.

- Certification in Black or Green Belt is required.

- Experience in implementing Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- Willingness to travel to various client sites as required.
