To date, they have raised $150 Million in funding, and have maintained a sharp focus on identifying customers' banking pain points and crafting solutions that improve their experience. Job Overview : We are looking for a performance marketer, with specialization in affiliate marketing. Key Responsibilities : - Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition - Execution of campaigns across affiliate channels to meet key performance metrics - Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize key performance metrics; Analyze findings, present recommendations, and scale as necessary - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment and performance metrics) Preferred Background / Experience: - 2-5 years experience in performance marketing, with specialization in affiliate marketing - Certifications in affiliate marketing would be preferred - Self-driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Brand, Content & Design - Must be data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills - High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
