Specialist - IT Recruitment (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment for assigned Business Unit
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle starting from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like Resume Database, web portal search and with external service providers
- Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies
Desired Profile:
- Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- End to end operations of IT recruitment
- Must have experience in interacting with business / hiring managers, conduct HR interviews, Negotiate CTC with candidates
- Must have experience sourcing profiles from Job portals & Social Media Sites
- Must have experience in screening or evaluating profiles based on the JD & select Quality profiles
- Depth Knowledge in IT skills, Domains & IT Industry
