- Engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation to promote Corporate and HR strategy, collate feedback, and translate into requirements.
- Execute the planning, management, and implementation of internal communication initiatives on behalf of the Global HR Function, and a focus on key signature processes, initiatives and corporate programs.
- Coordinate internal communications for the HR Function, including co-owning the editorial calendar, providing advice on publishing / distribution requests, managing distribution lists, managing production for employee communications, coordination with external vendors as required.
- Identify opportunities, ideate, and curate campaigns across internal and social media channels, advising on messaging and tone to support desired outcomes. Introduce innovative and creative approaches.
- Produce compelling multi-media content including feature articles, blogs, emails, slide decks, videos, social media posts etc. for HR needs. This includes the entire process from ideation, copywriting, design and execution.
- From time to time when vendors are required to support the work - Manage budget, resource and suppliers in delivery of communication programmes as required.
- Co-ordination and collaboration with teams across HR, Corporate Communications, IT and the back-end support team to ensure alignment of messages and execution efficiency.
- Determine key measurement approaches and produce reports and metrics at regular intervals to measure campaign success.
