About the role:

- We are looking for a revenue-focused Inside Sales Specialist. The person will work closely with the Marketing and Sales stakeholders for India and US regions to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and boost the revenue pipeline. The individual will be responsible for nurturing Marketing

- Qualified Leads (MQLs) by planning and executing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns - using email, social media, tele-calling. It requires active involvement in defining lead qualification parameters, monitoring conversion rates to continuously improve the quality of leads4

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify revenue opportunities within the prospect base using various inbound and outbound marketing tactics

- Research prospective customers, identify key players, and generate interest within target markets and segments to boost the number of SQLs

- Effectively present the value proposition to C-level and other senior decision makers

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to support revenue goals

- Identify and nurture up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing engagements

- Identify and contribute to developing strategic partnerships to boost business growth

- Track and report performance of nurturing campaigns on a regular basis and keep optimizing campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions and lead velocity

Skills, Experience & Qualifications :

- Master's / Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science

- 5-10 years of experience in the B2B IT products industry, preferably SaaS; Knowledge of the Data Analytics and BI space will be a big plus

- A knack for technology with an aptitude to understand its application to different industries and business functions
