JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a part of the Business Development team, you will play a key role in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads as part of the Inside Sales team. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched and smart calling and targeted email marketing to foray into primarily Fortune 1000 companies across the US, UK, Europe, and other geographies. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with significant responsibility and an exciting career path.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales roles, preferably working in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries.

- Significant experience working with the US, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and Western Europe markets.

- Outstanding written and oral communication and persistent attitude to succeed.

- Strong experience in cold/warm calling to leaders at the level of Manager and above.

- Ability to open doors at the Enterprise & Fortune 1000 companies.

- Superlative commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and generate high-quality leads.

Good to have:

- Experience across the lead lifecycle and lead management strategies.

- Industry experience / exposure to BFSI / Retail / FMCG / Technology sales.
