Specialist - Human Resource - Manufacturing Plant (4-8 yrs)

Job Purpose:

- Support and co-ordinate with Plant HR Manager in driving, designing and implementing strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR and to ensure effective implementation of Employee Relations strategy in the factory.

- Support in developing and deploying interventions for increasing people productivity, achieve Member efficiencies, quality.

- Manage IR concerns and build harmonious industrial relations.

- Execute plant policies and procedures.

- Support for plant production goals. Maintain community relations.

Roles&responsibilities:

- Talent acquisition - Handle end to end recruitment activities. Provide right manpower and right cost within given timeline. Contain Recruitment cost.

- Support Plant HR manager for Performance Management, Capability Building and OD Interventions

- Handle Member's probation, confirmation and PIP

- Responsible for all statutory and legal compliances for the factory

- Support and handle the industrial relations and ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment.

- Execute all HR systems and policies in the factory

- Co-ordinate with the government authorities, labor office authorities, Courts, Police, local officials and other statutory bodies and maintain cordial relations.

- Handle contract staffing and compliances

- Handle disciplinary proceeding and process.

- Support and handle employee grievance redressal mechanism for conducive industrial relations for the Plant

- Execute all statutory and non-statutory employee welfare activities

- Drive and execute member engagement activities for the Plant

- Maintain HRIS for Plant such as HC, Attrition, Diversity data, Org chart, retention, member productivity, etc.,

- Responsible for separation process for the Members ie Exit interview, Full and final settlement, etc.,

- Maintain members personal files and Data.

- Drive and executive Training as per Training calendar

- Member welfare and benefits

- Executive Plant Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

Business expertise

- Knowledge of Labour Laws, Exposure to government liaison and public dealing.

- Compliance related to Factory operations under various applicable Act/Rules.

- Compliance under IMS (ISO9001/ISO 14001) (integrated management systems).

- Experience in handling Statutory Compliance, Experience in Administration and Welfare activates.

- Experience in Long term wage settlement & Handling complex Labour issues

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- MBA / MSW degree in Human Resources.

- Good knowledge of Factory Act; other related IR Acts and statutory compliances

- Experience in handling Recruitment, PMS, Talent Management, Compensation & benefits and employee engagement programs.

- 4 to 6 years experience in HR Management in a dynamic business environment.
