Job Description :
- Work with internal stakeholders to help manage technology solutions that support the firm's overall strategic direction and are consistent with systems and employment legislation;
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (IT, business partners, HR functions, vendors, etc.)
- Optimize, streamline and administer HR systems and technologies, including ongoing enhancements and upgrades;
- Deliver HR technology solutions that provide a high value for HR practitioners and other key stakeholders;
- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements;
- Steer global HR systems implementations to drive ease of use, scalability, and value for HR;
- Coordinate vendor relationships and monitor deliverables, timelines and expectations and budget;
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests;
- Be a thought leader in the area of HR processes and technical solutions;
- Lead the implementation of Workday (exposure to Workday is a must have).
- Be a role model for best practices in collaboration, delivering high value results, and engagement;
- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results;
- Function as internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc.
