Role Title: Specialist - Human Capital Company: Healthcare Reporting to: Human Capital Direct Reports: Individual Contributor Location: Bangalore ( Bommasandra) Role Type: Full time Purpose: To support the HR function in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Key Responsibilities and Duties : Talent Acquisition : - Planning and implementing company talent acquisition strategy - Developing company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing - Conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions - Performing analysis of organizational development and anticipating future employment needs - Designing and managing recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) - Reviewing employment applications and background check reports - Counselling the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment - Managing respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities - Administering and ensuring collection of all hiring paperwork for new employees - Creating monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and generating monthly reports on talent acquisition metrics - Communicating and working closely with relevant stakeholders to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals and developing creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges - Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies as well as researching on talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry to suggest new ideas Human Resource Operations - Providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees regarding HR policies, HR life cycle processes and HR/system questions or issues - Supporting workforce administration processes, data input in HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity, such as: - Enrolling new hires (HR systems, payroll, agreements), - Terminations, transfers, promotions, and - Alterations in salary, - Personal data, job titles, - Supervisors, and departments - Updating personnel files and producing employment contracts, letters, and salary notifications - Supporting the monthly payroll by auditing the input and output. - Completing orientation, on-boarding process, and off-boarding activities - Overseeing wellness and health initiatives. - Continuously improving the HR and payroll processes, policies execution, and technology usage - Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects - Engaging all staff meaningfully, through employee engagement activities, celebrations, cultural activities, and team building programs. Operating Network: - Interface with Business, Corporate Functions, Board, and the Executive Leadership team Educational & Experience: - Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or equivalent relevant field - 8+ years of experience in related Human Resources - In-depth knowledge of candidate's selection methods - Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes - Hands on experience with Job portal and HR systems - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Key Personal Attributes: - Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills - Impactful presentation style - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload - Creative thinker and proactive problem solver - Strong integrity and able to self-manage - Attentive listener and open to change - A positive, "can do" attitude
