Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist for our client with 3-7 years of experience in HR operations, specifically in Visa Processing, Global Mobility, and Travel Coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing international employee movements, visa applications, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for employees. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Processing:

- Manage end-to-end visa application processes for employees traveling internationally for work.

- Liaise with immigration authorities, consulates, and external immigration service providers.

- Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and renewals.

Global Mobility:

- Coordinate and manage the relocation process for international assignments, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.

- Provide support and guidance to employees on international assignments, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Work with HR teams and managers to develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures.

- Track and report on the status of international assignments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Travel Coordination:

- Arrange and manage travel bookings for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget constraints.

- Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and provide support in resolving travel issues.

- Maintain accurate travel records and provide regular reports on travel expenses and trends.

HR Operations Support:

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for international employees.

- Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Provide general HR support and assist with HR projects as needed.

- Collaborate with HR team members to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations with a focus on visa processing, global mobility, and travel coordination.

- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

p- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a multinational company.

- Knowledge of global mobility policies and practices.

- Certification in Global Mobility or related fields.
