We are currently seeking an HR Services Process & Design Analyst to join our HR Operations team based in Noida. Main accountabilities:
- Assist with review, assessment, and development of new process improvements across multiple domains of HR function such as Employee Life Cycle Management, Payroll, Global Mobility, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition
- Responsibility for the governance of HR processes, continuous improvement projects and standardising HR documents
- Ensuring design methodology, approval process, change controls and documentation are standardized and consistently applied
- Ensure all team members and other stakeholders are on the same page at all times, and move forward in a singular, cohesive manner.
- Governance of HR processes, process maps, documentation, knowledgebase documentation and HR Intranet ensuring that all relevant systems are kept up to date
- Participate in various business process and technology integration initiatives, and special projects as assigned
- Develop communication channel to embed change projects as necessary
- Working with Managers to ensure that process and intranet updates for their areas are effective and executed in a timely manner
About You :
- A Bachelors degree is required or Masters degree in HR or Business related field preferred
- Should have experience in all aspects of Human Resources Administration, Operations/Services and Management of the various elements of the HR life cycle
- 8-10 years of professional experience with demonstrable knowledge of and exposure to all aspects of Human Resources Management along the employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Trained on Six Sigma Methodology will be additional advantage
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with attention to details
- Ability to work in global virtual team, and to lead teamwork to ensure end result
- Mature professional with sound judgement and interpersonal skills
- Manage the teams work plan and improvement projects ensuring the coordination and allocation of work, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement activities to agreed plans
- Impulse a strong mindset oriented towards continuous improvement, excellence and customer experience
